To add a charge to a member, follow the steps below:
1. Search for the member you would like to add a custom charge to using the search bar in the top right hand corner and click into their profile.
2. In the top right corner of your member's profile, you will see two buttons. Select the white 'Custom Charge' button.
3. Add the amount the charge should be and select the payment method: cash, credit card, bank transfer.
4. Add a description to your custom charge e.g. Late payment fee, locker.
5. Click 'Charge'.
This charge will be visible under the 'Transactions' tab of your member's profile, for future reference.
