To delete a member:
- Go to the Manage section of the Dashboard.
- Click members and search for the member that you would like to delete.
- Open the member profile and go to the details tab.
- Scroll down to the delete button and click it.
When you click the ‘delete’ button, the member’s account, email and phone number will be blocked from use. However, we do not completely delete the account so that it may be referenced to as a past booking and payment.
You can unblock a deleted account in the future if required.
