In the event that you must replace a member’s credit or debit card, for example, if their previous card has expired, follow the steps outlined below:
- Use the search bar to find the member in question and click in to their profile.
- Select the ‘Details’ tab to view the member’s information.
- To the right, you will find a grey box titled ‘Credit / Debit Card Details’. Click the arrow icon.
- Enter the new card details and click ‘Save Card’.
